Upon receiving your request for wound care, you will be seen on-site at the convenience of your nursing facility or home within 48-72 hours of notice.

Our Approach To Healing
IWH is a private mobile and outpatient clinic service specializing in treating diabetic ulcers and all non-healing wounds of the lower extremities.
Because most wounds can’t be put on hold without risk of infection, and benefit from early intervention, we travel to you to deliver expert and expedited care.

We schedule convenient weekly follow up appointments at the patients place of residence to eliminate the stress and challenges of traveling to appointments. With the goal of providing value-based healthcare, we select highly-active FDA-approved topical regenerative wound care treatments to relieve pain, reduce risk of infection and hospitalization, and prevent amputations.
Our highly trained team, which includes physician assistants and nurses practitioners is led by award-winning board certified Dermatologist, Dr Daniel Levy.
